Maybe you could say something like:
This has really been going on too long now and it's making it harder for both of us. I don't feel comfortable moving on until it's all over properly with us. Please find it in your heart to understand.
Good luck!

If you are staying in SG, I thought after separation for three years you can apply for divorce even though your spouse refused to sign the agreement but you can still apply for divorce. You can check with your lawyer to clarify on this matter

Depends on the laws of the state in which you are filing divorce..
In some states, he does not have to agree or sign...
You can simply divorce him .....
Check the Texas divorce laws..
You might want to move to TX for 6 months and establish residency....

Tell him directly that u feel bore n no more feelling with this marriage.Nothing wrong with the third party. That y u ask for divorce.Maybe u can to something that he don't like.Just like going out n come home not in time.Make him feel uncomfortable with what u have done.Don't cook for him.Don't bother about him.Don't talk with him. When he came home u go in to the bed room n when he go inside u come out.

You must have a compelling reason why you don't want your marriage. Tell him the truth of your feeling and let him have a chance to express himself. I suppose you know the consequences of divorce.

Well, tell your husband the truth and don't hide anything. This way
everything will come out right. It is not good to get a divorce with
so many lies.It will backlash on you afterward.
