Yeah, I have a co-worker like that. A few people at work were planning on meeting at the office on a Saturday and heading out to shoot skeet. My co-worker (let's call him Justin) overhears this and goes "Oh, you guys are going shooting? awesome!!" No problems so far.
That Saturday we met at the time we had agreed on and who is sitting there? JUSTIN IS! "Hey guys!" he said. He jumped in the nearest truck and said "Lets go!"
It must be stated at this point that Justin doesn't even OWN a shotgun. Well, nobody wanted to be overly mean to this guy so we figured he could come along and watch. When we got there the first thing he did is go from person to person trying to snatch away their gun! He managed to sweet talk someone into letting him shoot a round or two. After that he was caught stealing a box of ammo from someone else!
Needless to say, not a bright thing to do around a bunch of people with shotguns. He laughed it off and didn't see the problem. I ended up having to leave early because it was just no fun having to watch this guy and trying to shoot at the same time.
After that day things got worse. If you were nice to this guy AT ALL he would start to semi-stalk you. He would show up at your house unannounced and invite himself to dinner. He has no car and often gets into the nearest persons vehicle and thinks he is getting a free ride wherever he needs to go.
All the while this guy thinks that what he is doing is NORMAL~!
So, yeah, I guess I do know someone really annoying lol.

I know a girl like that, she is the epitome of annoying...
She has this braying donkey laugh that drives me insane and she trys to sit on every guys lap...
Plus, she thinks she can dance and its worse than Elaine from Seinfeld...
God, I hope she doesn't see this and recognize herself! Eep!

like my nieghbour: like no offense or anything I can ever tell if she/he is a girl or a guy his/her face is well neither guy or girl but more to the buyish side she has absolutely no... hem hem female curves..... but she/he is a complete byotch she/he parks his/her car half a feet away from my god damn driveway I mean like what the ****, Are you trying to get your car crashed so I can buy you a new car!?
