I currently use a Shick Quattro Titanium razor, but I still get ingrown hairs. The other razors I have used are the Gillette Fusion, Mach3 and a depilatory. I shave as soon as I get out of the shower and use sensitive skin shaving cream. What kind of razor do you use? Should I just give up and buy an electric razor? Do the electrics even work? I'm looking for a close shave, but it doesn't have to be baby-butt smooth. It has to reduce the razor burn and ingrown hairs! Please let me know which (specific) method works best for you. Thanks!

You gotta get this stuff called tend-skin, it smells awful but it WORKS. Also try vitamin E masks, just buy some vitamin E and cut the thing open and put it on your face. Trust me.

you may attempt to dodge ingrown hair by letting warm water run on your legs earlier shaving to relax the hairs, by utilizing a shaving cream particularly of cleansing soap, and through making confident you modify your razor each and every 2 weeks a minimum of so your blade is sharp. And bypass slowly and heavily, dont rush or you may get cuts and leave out some spots. Lazer hair eliminating is often recomended yet it really is severe priced and takes some classes to do. it truly is nice even with the truth that because after all of your classes the hair is lengthy previous for good.

1st use an excellent razor, like Gillette Mach 3, the sharper the less chance of ingrowns. Also always shave with the grain of the hair not against it, shaving against the grain is what causes ingrown hair.
