for christmas, i want to make a cd for my boyfried. i was thinking about putting songs with more instrumental [i.e how to save a life (the fray), chasing cars (snow patrol), it ends tonight (the all-american rejects).
what are some others that i should add? please list as many songs as you can think of. thank you so much.

I'd recommend 23 or Hear You Me by Jimmy Eat World, I'm guess you're not making a Christmas CD right? or are you? I have other songs in mind by those two stood out. Hope that helps a little.

The manhime (sp?) steamroller has a lot of instrumental Christmas songs, but I don't know that you would like them so well.
One of my personal favorite Christmas songs is "I saw 3 ships come sailing in" by Sting.
Also itunes has some good Christmas stuff from "Celtic Women"
But again I don't know if you would like that genre of music.

none of them are realy x-mas songs but they are songs i like and i think they would sound good on a cd together
everything ends (slipknot), oops i did it again (Children of bodom cover of Brittney spears song), moronon (Avathar), Her Ghost in the Fog (cradle of filth), internal primates forever (mudvayne), fear (disturbed), devoured by vermin (cannibal corpse), the day the dead walked (Six feet under), conquer all (behemoth)
all great songs but i have a feeling you havnt ever heard any of them.
