They could see them undressing and everything. Is it because they were too proper or something, and that this will all change once our modern-day perverts start becoming ghosts? I'm not necessarily saying that every ghost would be doing this, but you'd certainly expect to find a higher level of supernatural presences around the really hot chicks. And like in cheerleader locker rooms. But no. Ghosts apparently like to hang-out in really creepy places by themselves, where almost no one will ever see them. How convenient.
Or is this happening all the time and they're just good at eluding the psychics?

Because they don't need to. I've spent the last two years photographing ghosts. From the results in many of the pictures I've taken, there appears to be sex after death on their plane of existence, making the need to watch us (If even most of them could see us) a moot point. From my studies, ghosts ONLY become visible when they affect water, either moisture in the air or flowing water. If you really want an answer, photograph the steam vapor in and around your showers. A ghost is a person who has died and doesn't know they're dead or a person who died and has unfinished business. Which one of the ghost we live doesn't realize he is dead. We were experiencing strange things and was told some months later a man named Alan Haley died in this house. One the other side sex and stuff like that isn't a factor.

I suspect that since they don't seem to be haunting the hot chicks, maybe when the body dies all the lust and other human weakness die too. When ghosts do stay around, it usually seems that they only stay around to finish unfinished business from their lives or to look after a love one who wasn't ready for them to go.

ghosts are usually attatched to something or someplace that played a significant role in their death...such as their house...a gun...or a person. I guess if someone was killed by a cheerleader, by being choked to death on her panties, in the girls locker room, that ghost would have it made lol.
