Shopping in Sydney, hellp!!?

Mum is taking me shopping, me and her a quite the bargain shoppers!! we usally go to The bubble gum outlet in Kograh.. this time we wanna go other places, can anyone help us out.. hot clothes for a 15 year old? no any good outlets in Sydney??

i know that there is a massive factory outlet right next to flemington markets, you cant miss it. but what its called..... I cant remember.
