What is the best moisturizer for winter in Seoul?

Hi, i'm going to Seoul next wk for holiday and i'm wondering what brands of moisturizer will be good as my skin gets dry and crack very easily. Any Korean brands to look out for in Seoul? And where to get them?

3-lab is ALWAYS the best
and yes they do have it in korea.
