I work at a bank and I have only been there about two months but thought it would be nice to get everyone a little something for Christmas. Most of the people I work with are women but I also work when three men, who are all young. Most of the women are older than me. One already gave me something for Christmas and I really want to give them each a little something in return. Any ideas?

A cool coffee mug filled with nice cocoa mixes.
One of those postcard books where all the cards are prints of famous artwork.
A nice pen for their workstation in a personalized pen holder.
Nice hand cream for the workstation-working with money will dry your hands like nothing else

My personal rule of thumb is that gifts for people you don't know well should be something that can be used and it goes away.

How about personalized stockings, with their names on it. You can fill them with small trinkets, maybe some candy and a small card. Just small things.
