which batman are we talking about?
Regular batman or elseworlds batman when he becomes a vampire?
Or batman when he is addicted to the stregth drug venom.
Spiderman is certainly stronger than the regular batman who has no special powers or stregth beyond that of a really strong human more along the lines of a professional boxer or MMA fighter than someone who has the "proportionate stregth of a spider" and can lift cars and airplanes over his head.
I think spiderman was also stronger than venom addicted batman as batman was seen "pushing it" whild curling 600 pounds (if I remember correctly), spiderman who can lift tons is still stronger then venom enhanced batman.
As far as vampire batman from the Red Rain graphic novel, I can't really say. They never show him doing any real feats of stregth after his full transformation. Depends on how strong he got after being turned into a vampire. This one is likely the strongest of all the batman's and the only one that would have any chance of bieng as physically strong as spiderman.

Ok as in strength since you said Superman is the strongest. I would go with Spidey because batman is your ordinary human. But i still say forget all three of them because I like the Grey Hulk, and Ben Grimm

thinking the very shown truth that batman has overwhelmed Superman in each and every disagreement they have had im confident he can take out spiderman i mean come on Spiderman has what: Spider experience Agility Superstrenght the means to climb walls and thats in truth it Superman on the different hand: Flight great % warmth creative and prescient Ice breath great power Invulnerabilty and who knows what else to batman spiderman is slightly of youngster attempting to play hero

Physically spiderman, mentally batman. I prefer spiderman. He got many of his personal problem and yet using his power to save the world. Batman only needs to worry which chicks to date in his daily life; or he only worry what surprise present to give robin every day??!!??

spiderman,why? he has been genetically transformed by the spider bite , but batman is just human,no powers or nothing anyguy could be a batman if you had the money..you never know bill gates could make a good real life batman ..don't you think....
