CLIVE OWEN should have been the one they picked. The man could change his name to James Bond and actually LOOK like him.
As for Indiana Jones, probably the one person I'd pick (other than Harrison Ford, of course) would be BRENDAN FRASER. His performances in the two Mummy movies clearly shows he's got what it takes to be a convincing Indiana Jones........If I were looking to continue the franchise, I'd cast him in a heartbeat.

Indiana Jones aka Dr. Henry Jones Jr. Indy for short. he's greater down-to-earth, he's nearer to being a real existence character in a real era struggling with Nazis. he's cool, sensible and he can consistently get the "treasure" or artifact.

the one and only "bond" IS Sean Connery !!! and the one and only "Indiana Jones" IS Harrison Ford !!!!
and Sean played "Indiana's" father in "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade" {Sean played "Henry Jones Sr. and "Indiana's" real name was "Henry Jones Jr. , 'indiana' took the name of the family's dog}
