I'm not sure what u mean? Inside, I would continue drinkine plenty of water, eating alot of veggie/ soup, take multi-vitamins,drink orange juice or other 100% juices. gear up when going outside,(hat,scarf,chapstick,etc.If u ski, you should continue wearing sunscreen w/at least a 15% factor, & as always eat as close to the food group as possible,and dress appropriately

You can't really protect yourself from it. No matter what you do it'll come. You can prepare for it. Pepare for it by always having extra food and water, warm clothing, extra wood (if you have a fireplace) and/or (a) non-electric heater(s), and a cell phone.

You could always fly to the southern hemisphere when it's winter in the northern hemisphere, and vice versa.
