I have been an insomniac ever since I can remember. I discovered something helpful quite by accident. I went on a low carb diet to loose weight. Limiting my carbs through the day keeps my blood sugar stable and helps me to sleep. I was having high blood sugar spikes through the night and that was what was causing me to have problems falling asleep and staying asleep. I did not loose any weight on the diet, but I did learn that your blood sugar if too high from eating carbs will have the same effect on your system as if you drink coffee.

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical
problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be
cured. I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/jfzpz useful
for getting sleep.

How wonderful it would be - I would meditate all night!

What a precious opportunity you have, but you cannot see it that way.

Peace,

;-)
