You didn't say if you're married to her sister or is she's married to your brother.
If you're married to her sister, it could be that you see things in her that remind you of your wife, without all the responsibilities and problems that marriage brings.
If she's married to your brother, then it could be that you see what they have and wish you could have it to.

Being that you yourself has stated it was only "sexual" feelings...I'd focus on forgetting about them entirely. If you had said you thought you might be in love with her and truly cared about her, then I'd say you had a legitimate problem. Sexual feelings can be overlooked as they are usually just something spotaneous....especially when it comes to "forbidden fruit". If you value your relationship with your brother and what it means to be family, you'll think of a way to overcome your feelings for your sister in law...other than going through with them.

You already know the answer to that question why do you want people to answer so you can have an excuse to go after you brother wife, find your own girl and those sexual feeling will go away. You know it's not just a fantasy.
