Can You help me with Internet Explorer 7? Saving favorites?

Question

When I save a website into Favorites, I like to make Folders and move items around to organize. I can't figure out how to move a favorited item into a folder. I know about holding the left mouse button, as in the old Explorer, but IE7 won't let me move anything to a new folder.

In IE7 it is the same. You need to keep your mouse over the favicon and not the name, then it is the same. Hope this helps
