Yes, but it depends on what your major is. Go to a school that specializes in your major. Also, are you a fast learner or prefer a slow pace? Cal State LA is on a quarter system so the school year goes by quick unlike other Cal States that are Semester programs. GOODLUCK

Yes, Cal State LA is a very good school but it doesn't matter so much the school as what you get out of it...even a community college will do if you apply yourself and do your best.

Compared to what? What program are you interested in? It's Business School is AACSB accredited, so it has to be at least half-decent. It's certainly not one of the top schools in the country, but it's not one of the worst either. Only about half of applicants are admitted, so it can't be too bad. OTOH, not too many students (4%) come from out of state, so it isn't a big draw except for the low price. The price is pretty low if you live in California. You can get a decent education there. If you live in LA and that's what you can afford, I'd say it's a good choice. It's not as good as UCLA, though.

Yes--but based on the fact you posted your question in the dining out section--you might want to try and further your education at a local fast food establishment first before shooting so high:)
