I'm having my thyroid checked in the moring and I'm so hungry right now, is there anything I can eat or drink safely w\o messing up the results?

Best bet is to just not eat or drink anything.
The tests are expensive and if they come back with messed results, then you have no clue what is going on and you will have to just do it again.
Don't waste the will power you already expended on this.

If they order fasting and u eat ur results will be off and u dont want that
