im also having light cramps...could this be pms?

Absolutely. Welcome to the next 40 years of your life. Use a heating pad for cramps and take some pain relievers for your headache. If it is really bad, use ice on your head (it will help with your hot flashes). You may want to consider looking into Midol. Oh, and don't forget to stock up on the chocolate : )Take care of yourself.

I could be pms or it could be gas or something. Make sure that you are eating right.
