My favorite is Dr. Cox hands down. He's smart, funny and completely lovable through his sarcasm.
Like most chicks on here I think I'm more like Elliot. Little neurotic, little insecure, and on an endless quest to find love. I can relate for sure.

Its hard to choose! I love them all. I like Elliot because i can relate to her. I like JD because hes funny and quirky. And i like Dr Cox because i love his rants (apparently John McGinley makes half of them up on the spot). If i had to pick an absolute favourite i'd probably say JD. :) p.s floating head doctor is awesome
