One sentimental gift could be a personalized Christmas ornament. I got my fiancee one last year and he thought it was very cool. :)
Just be sure to get him something else too, that's less sentimental- a DVD or book he loves, etc...

Get him a very romantic dinner. Maybe you can make fillet Mignon or some exotic meal. After dinner enjoy each others company with a bottle of either some champagne or wine. Don't forget to put on some romantic music. He will never forget this Christmas. Lots of luck. Merry Christmas.

Get a white T shirt and have your hottest photo printed on it on the front and at the back put on lots of kisses in different shades of lipsticks.
