why does it seem like most white girls have no problem with nudity and minority girls are more modest?

I am white and I would NEVER... that said I think it is just how they are raised and what the parents will tollerate.... wait a minute... you know of girls that walk around totally naked in front of their family?! This sounds like some back to earth Hippie movement... stay clear of that!

Women of color have more awareness of our bodies and are less likely to pretend that our body is not sexual. Modesty is just respect and simple awareness of the ramifications of your actions.
A white woman will turn off the lights and get into bed with her husband and not let him see her naked-even though they're doing the deed. And then another white woman, who grew up repressed, will take off her clothes in public and feel liberated...and convince herself that it's just a body with no clothes on.

I don't think that it's wise to generalize. I go to the nude beach (I'm a white girl from Long Island) and see many Black, Latina and girls of all ethnic backgrounds enjoying the same nudity that I am.

Probably because of the past culture. They were sexually abused & even though nudity really doesn't have a place in that thinking, it affects them. naturism (nudity) itself is not sexual. Other cultures aren't as .....careful with my words here......restrictive about nudity.
