Most of us would pay off bills and give to those in need which makes you all a part of the season of giving. I chose the one answer that stood out in my mind as the one who could truely use a break in life ...

To put it bluntly -- I need that much money to finish the repairs to my home that my Ex did when he Burglarized my Residence in August 2006 (and this is an Ex from over 13 years AFTER the Divorce! -- the truly sad thing -- this does NOT include the items that he STOLE).

If I was given $5,000 for christmas, I would honestly pay my bills, I'm having so much trouble paying for them right now and that would pay most of it off. I know thats being selfish, but if I didn't have to pay that bill, I would give that money to the next homeless person I'd see. =)

I would faint, then I would buy x-mas for the people that are unable to have Christmas. Then I would give some of the money to Toys for Tots. This is a great time to give, but we should do that all yr. Maybe someday we will finally get rid of proverty.

I would make three little kids very happy this year. My younger sister has two little boys and a little girl and no job. The are some very sweet kids and they deserve a good Christmas. I would also get the rest of my family something.

First I would pay for the gifts that I have already bought (I charged them on my cc) I would more than likely just put it in the bank. Then I would spend it as needed to pay for my bills.

Give 5 people $1000

Or 10 people $500

Or 50 people $100

That's as low as I'll go. Anything less and people will think I'm stingy.

I'd fulfill that "empty promise" I gave to the Lord. I promised him I would go back to 'House of Hope" and help out the women there. I haven't made that a priority. I wouldn't keep it for myself. I would consider it a gift and re-gift it to those women less fortunate and rebuilding their lives! :)
