Do they still give money for blood or just cookies?
Having no job is what is going to kill your chances for getting a loan more so than having bad credit. Bad credit will just give you incredibly high interest rates and limit the amount you can borrow. If you don’t have a job, then the people who loan money are going to wonder how you’re going to be able to pay them back. If you are truly hard up for cash you may consider pawning something or maybe even Ebay’ing something.
It is hard to give advice on what to do without knowing how much money you need and what you need it for. If, for instance, you need the money for a bill, you may try a local church or contact the place you owe to work something out. I doubt any church will give you money directly, but they may pay your bill on your behalf. If you need the money to get on your feet, they may give you a job and possibly give you an advance. If it is for a toy for you child, consider looking to see if your local community has a toy swap of some sort. (I linked an article from Milwaukee to explain what that is.) Another idea for toys is contacting your local Toys for Tots foundations.
In the long term, I would recommend looking to get into college. There is a good chance you can get your books covered, and a room to live in. When it's all over you will have an education to help pay off the bills you owe. Once in school, there will be plenty of part time jobs that will work around your schedule. State schools will have more student jobs; private schools will have easier admission hurdles (DeVry doesn’t require SAT or ACT for consideration). If you decide you want to go to school, feel free to send me an email or IM and I will be more than happy to give you a few pointers on school selection.
Best of luck to you.

Tough one... maybe a loan shark or a pawn shop where you could give them some insurance (I've heard stories of people giving wedding rings to loan sharks as insurance... they'll accept anything if you're willing to hack the high interest rates which are sorta hard to pay without a job).
Maybe just ask mum and dad?

Probably a "loan shark" - but I wouldn't advise it. No job? Bad credit? Maybe you better sit down and do some serious thinking.
