Ok...Ive bled lighly(spotted)for two days,i've been really tired and sleepy,my breasts are a little swolen and tender, and i have been feeling nauseated for the last week and a half.

Is your period late? That would be a big indicator. Spotting could be due to egg implantation, but I don't think you would be feeling sick so soon. Sometimes spotting just occurs anyways. When I was early in my pregnancy, my breasts were really sore and I was very sick all the time, but not until about 6 weeks.
A home pregnancy test is your best bet if you are really worried. They are very accurate if you use them right.

You defiantly have pregnancy symptoms. Take a test. If negative then wait another week and retest.

Sounds like you are! Take a test to be sure and if you don't trust a HPT, go to your doctor and get your blood drawn to detect the HCG hormone.

It's possible you may be experiencing preg symptoms but to confirm your suspicions you can do a test. or wait until you are due for your next period.
