Walk up to them and say hi. Ask them questions about the jobs they have openings for and what the company is like, etc. They are there at the career fair for that reason.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BE INTIMIDATED. By any silly company at a career fair. remember their there because they need help, they NEED YOU. Not vice versa. If a certain company interests you, simply walk up to them and just be yourself, don't be phony or scared. Tell them you've always wondered about them, which is usually b.s. Just be honest. good luck, and remember, they need you.
