I have some kind of blue stuff that smells like alchol (its from Avon) that you put on with a cotton ball... Then I have a gel to put on (from avon) and then I have an overnight acne treatment they all have acid in them if I use them and drink 8 glasses of water and eat healthy for about 2 weeks, do you think it would really help pimples / blemishes? Possible get rid of all of them? Thanks.

your could try.. I'm pretty sure the Acid your talking about is Salicylic Acid which is an acne fighting agent. so if that's the case than yes go ahead with you 3 step program, add to that some early nights sleep and a healthy diet and you should see a change in your skin. good luck.

You can purchase witch hazel astringent at any drug or grocery store for a few dollars, and use it several times a day. Back in the day, we used Noxzema skin cream to wash, and witch hazel astringent to clear acne and pimples. For some reason the combination of these two products kept everyone pimple free no matter what junk food we ate.

Should. Definitely drinking the water and eating healthy will help. Alcohol based stuff seems to work, I have Blackhead Clearing Astringent ( I continue to use it even though its clear), and I know that has alcohol in it because of the smell and sting if I go over open cuts. If you really want to make sure things will work, go to a doctor and ask them questions.

All skin is different, You have to try. Mine is soo sensitive ANYTHING will make me break out. My MOM bought me the proactive stuff 9 years ago (she fell for the infomercial) it sat under my counter for about 3 months till guilt made me try it. It's the only thing that has kept my skin clear since. I don't use the whole thing. The toner is too greasy for me. So I just use the cleanser and I buy it at the mall. If you can try that, it's like $20 just for the cleanser, but for me it's worth it. If you use it right, it's about once a month.
