how to pick a lock i cant open my breifcase and i dont want to go to a lock smith?

its my breifcase but my son took the key and forgot were he put it

You need two narrow pieces of metal. One is L shaped to keep the tension on the lock (in the same way you turn the key) and the other is the pick/rake used to push the pins down.
