my dad is insane he is taking lots of a drug called oxy codine its a heavy pain killer and he went to moved into a hotel today hes drinkin wiskey with it im worried he might overdose and die

Call the police and ask them to do a immediate dentition order and or welfare check to make sure he is not suicidal.
Because of the drugs and alcohol he could be a threat to himself or others. Tell them he is mentally unstable and possibly suicidal.
Meet them there.

You have what to worry about GET HIM HELP NOW. Call the police and ask him how you can have him committed to a drug rehibilation centerr IMMEDIATELY. Ask the police if he has to have someone responsible to sign the order and if you can do it. If for some reason you can't get to a lawyer and if you can;t afford it go to Legal Aid Good luck

Oxycodone or oxycontin can cause overdoses at high doses or when combined with alcohol or other opoids. I would see what you could do to help your dad such as speaking with the police or drug and alcohol service.

You have a right to be worried, this pain killer can be just that (killer) when mixed with whiskey. I dont understand youre father, does he not care that people are worried about him and care and love him? Forgive me if that sounds to harsh. Talk to youre dad and see if you can make him see the light before its too late. I will pray for you both.

I know my mom use to take oxy codine for arthritis, so i know lil bit about it.....first, that shouldn't be taken wit alcohol and overdose is very harmful..........so convince ur dad not to drink wit alcohol or overdose it
