Most of the girls do live, the first movie his wife dies. Now and then you will see James Bond the character, visiting a grave or his wedding ring. The real reason he states its fine to have sex for country, instead on a ''whim''.

Lots of them live. ***** Galore in Goldfinger switches sides and double-crosses Goldfinger. Hallie in Die Another Day almost gets locked in the ice palace but he drove through the wall and saved her. The girl in Diamonds are Forever gets to live. Watch a few more.

Most of the ones that live I would think are the ones that he doesn't sleep with til the movie's end and the obligatory "Oh, James..." moment.
Off the top of my head, he sleeps with Triple X after saving her from Jaws in the train scene in the middle of "Spy Who Loved Me" and she survives the movie.
Oh yeah, he sleeps with Solitaire in Live and Let Die (why she loses her divination powers) and she lives as well.

Stacey Sutton (played by Tanya Roberts) in 1985's "A View to a Kill" managed to do pretty well.
Out of all the bond girls, she'd be the one I'd take home. ;) Gawd the way she said/screamed "James!" Wooooo...yeah, I'd tap that.
