No. They obviously think well enough of you to bid you well. You should take it like they are saying "Have a wonderful day". And say "merry Christmas to you too". Even if you do not celebrate their holiday, this shows them that you bid them the same.
Just because you do not celebrate a holiday does not mean you should be offended by it.

I know of people who do not celebrate Christmas, so I will not add to their misery by wishing them Merry Christmas and etc :)

Personally, I prefer "Happy Holidays" because it covers me and everyone else, even Christians. However, if I know someone is Christian, I will say Merry Christmas to them even though it is not my holiday.

Not at all.
Any friendly, heartfelt greeting is most welcome--and that's not just restricted to Christmas.
I'd only be annoyed if it was said in a way that was daring me to be offended--I don't have the time for that kind of crud.

I am not a Christian. When someone says merry christmas in a christian country I reply with merry christmas.
But when someone says merrt christmas in my buddhist country, I say `enjoy your christmas`

No. Even though you don't celebrate Christmas you should be sensitive enough to respect those who do.
The same applies to other religions as well.
