if you are skinny and then once it is time for you to have your period you look in the mirror and you look like you been gaining weight?

This is quite normal for your weight to fluctuate during your cycle.
Not to worry. You don't need meds. to reduce water retention, your body knows what to do. :)

Here's a woman's advice. Yes, it's water retention which
causes bloating each month. Do not worry as once your
period ends, the bloating will go down and your tummy
will be flatter again. You can buy an over the counter
pill product to help lose some excess water throughout
your cycle. Read about "Pamprin" for starters. You may
decide to try it and it should help you.

If it gets too bad you can always take some water pills. A lot of females retain water. It natural. I would say take some pms pills like pamprin or something like that before trying anything else.

Take some Pamprin or Midol. It takes away the bloats.

It's water retention. Normal and temporary but rather unpleasant

yea..usually period makes ur stomach looks a bit bloated...but after its gone..u go back to normal..so its fine...

you get bloaded during your period, it goes away when its over.
