I am 17 wks pregnant, and sometimes I'm surprised at how much I can feel the baby kick and move at this point. It does make it seem like the baby is big. But also at this point, it's normal to have alot of bloating and gas (gross, but part of pregnancy) so you may be feeling that alot too. I take Maalox after a big meal, and that helps alot. Also, try eating more frequent, smaller meals throughout the day if possible. Good luck, and congrats!
