I need to know! is santa real or is it just some guy who breaks in your house and leaves the presents under the tree. Isn't that breaking and entering? My house doesn't have a chimney. How does santa get in? What if someone leaves the fire place on, won't santa get hurt? How does santa make video games. cause they are hard to make. How does santa get the presents? does he steal them? and even if his little elves make the product does the original company that made the toy get any of the profit. Isn't that stealing. he can get sued. If santa "knows when your sleeping, "knows when your awake" isn't that stalking?
What does santa do for a living to pay for his materials? How can he live in the north pole? isn't that impossible?
For some reason i can't understand why people buy a lot of things during this season when you can get it free from santa?

Please tell me the answers to thes questions? My brain hurts.

If you watch the movie "The Santa Clause" many of your answers are there. for example, the chimney thing, he creates one temporarily and his suit is fireproof. The person or persons who erect a Christmas tree accept the possibility of a jolly fat man entering within 24 hours of Christmas day. Some presents like the video games and game systems are purchased by the parents with the understanding that Santa's toy making is limited to mechanical toys and clothing not technological toys which would put a heavy burden on his budget. as far as where he gets his money, Do you really think the government spends $20,000 on a toilet seat, $10,000 for a hammer? all of your answers can be found by making a stop at Blockbuster and picking up their Christmas movies, but keep in mind, some screenwriters don't do their research like others.

im not sure. i heard that it's kind of like when you're little, there's nothing else you can believe in but a big fat guy stuffing himself down your chimney. but as you grow old you think about it more, and sort reality from fantasy. have you ever heard the quote "you do not stop playing because you grow old, you grow old because you stop playing"? i think it kinda means like, you can think anything you think you can, but you can't if you don't believe. it's different for everyone. as for the chimney thing, i saw once this key, and on this slip of paper it said "no chimney? santa has a key, that will answer every lock, that makes you get your presents". it's all an opinion thing, i guess.
that didn't make any sense, did it?

Santa exists. And he doesnt stalk its kinda like your parents know what your doing, he cares about all of us and people help him because he helps them, thats where he hets the money. And he can live in the north pole because of great archetectual design.

Santa is only real if you believe he brings the spirit of christmas. Other than that, Santa is not real if you think of him as the person who brings the materialistic essence of christmas.

Of course he exists! Except he/she doesnt live in the North Pole. He/she lives in your house. Santa can be seen in the form of a female or male, contrary to everyone's stereotypical beliefs. You may see him/her in the form of your parents or relatives ;P
