I hate conspiracy theories. I prefer a well-researched and educated answer. Common sense also is lacking in a lot of political debates. What really irks me is that traditional liberalism in its progressive, individualistic form, has disappeared. You must a leftist who is against capitalism and supports revolution. Otherwise, you must support the religious right and be in favour of racist, sexist, colonialist, war-mongering agendas that make the rich richer.

As far as September 11 goes, there is a very different opinion on it overseas, especially in Europe. It is less about who caused it and more about how to deal with it. The wars in Afghanistan and Iraq are highly unpopular.

Most Europeans, apparently, agree that sanctions against Iran may be necessary. Iran may have been more involved in this than originally thought, at least in terms of paying for it by funnelling money through international terrorist organizations. They still haven't deal with al-Qaeda and haven't gone through the Saudi Arabian government and the bin Ladens for more details.

I would not say the US but suspect republican party financing in some way. They needed to inject the fear of terrorism into the general population to justify the war in Iraq

There are many unanswered questions about that day. I'm still waiting for someone to explain to me why building seven was intentionally detonated later the same day. Why was this building even loaded with explosives if they didn't know anything? You don't set charges in a building that size in less than eight hours.
