my ball python has a little bump on its side about big as a dime. its in the skin, not the body so its not a broken rib. i down know what it is im really worried.

Like the before answer, I'm guessing it's mites also. I've caught a lot of snakes outdoors, and I've seen bumps under the skin several times, especially in humid or swampy environments. You should go to www.practical-pet-care.com and use the "ask an expert" page, the experts are very helpful!

How old is it? and where on the side is it? it could be a infestation of mites or something of that sort. does she seem any differnt than normal? Or it could be like a tumor but i dunno ive never herd of snakes getting those. but let me know email me or im me im on

has it eaten anything recently. that usually looks like a bumb
