You are doing fine, you just have to remember that you not gaining fat your baby is growing. The weight that I gained was different each pregnancy. You will gain the most weight at the end because that is when your baby grows the fastest.and you should lose about 90% of the weight after the baby is born.breast feeding helps with losing the baby fat that is left after birth too.just remember to eat right witch it sounds like you are doing and drink lots of water and get plenty of rest

Try not to worry to much about the weight gain. I ate very healthy and exercised with my pregnancy and still gained 70 pounds, but that was because I retained so much water. All of it came off within a few weeks (since most was water), but I still had a few pounds that I had to lose which took a few months, then back in pregnancy clothes. If you exercise, the weight will defiantly come off faster. Just try to relax and eat how you were eating before you were pregnant, plus exercise and you will be fine.

I have 2 children and both pregnancys were different. With my first I gained alot of weight, I did not eat alot. I actually ate very good, Veggies& fruits.. but, in my last trimester I was diagnosed with Toxemia. Its where you retain water (BAD). With my son I gained 15 lbs. I dont know a pregnant woman out there that does not gain weight?? Enjoy your pregnancy, Just watch what you eat and you should not deprive yourself either. Its ok to treat yourself too... Happy Labor Day!

That's so true. I am currently pregnant with my second. Every time I go to the Doctors I gain over 5-13 lbs. It's crazy because Im not eating that much different than I was when I wasn't preg. My doctor definetly scared me though because she said that I have to stop eating sweets because I can put myself at risk for Gestational Diabeties....Yeah but here's the thing I started out at 119 lbs and I am currently 139 yeah hello thats' scary but then again I am 7 months. You know the best thing I can tell you is just worry about enjoying the preg. because not all people have a good preg and they regret being preg. so just relax and enjoy it while you can.

during the first 2 trimester i only gained 12 pounds. during the 3 trimester (when you gain the most weight) i gained about 16 pounds so all together 28 pounds which is good. the norm is between 25-35 pounds.

don't worry...gaining weight is very normal during pregnancy, it means you are growing a healthy baby! Don't look at it as a bad thing, remember that if you weren't gaining weight your baby wouldn't thrive nearly as much...and most of the time, you lose it all once the baby is born, try breastfeeding-helps a lot! Congratulations!

do not worry about the weight.. when you are pregnant, the baby growing is what gives you the pounds. once you deliver your baby, yoru weight will go down, but you will weigh more than you weighed before you got pregnant. DOn't worry about your weight, or else you might have a underweight baby! worry about it after you have the baby. Remember, it's normal to gain weight fast!
