YES! It was taken in September while I was in Brazil. I spent the night on the beach with my cousins, and we had to wake up at 6 AM to catch the boat back to the other side of town so we wouldn't get stranded on the shore. This pic was taken at 6 AM...I'm wearing a bikini, because in Brasil, 6 AM means it's already 70 degrees outside! :-D And the name...well, I have green eyes, so it isn't hard to figure that one out.
