I heard that yogurt is good for your immune system and gastrointestinal issues. Does it kill the stomach viruses that include symptoms of vomiting and diherrea?

No, it does not kill viruses.
Yogurt contains 'healthy bacteria' that is good for our GI tracts, for certain, but it cannot cure a flu virus or other stomach bug. In fact, because of the dairy in it, it can make the diarrhea worse.

First, yogurt can be good for your stomach because it does contain good bacteria that can be found in your gastrointestinal tract.

But it can't kill viruses. You just have to let them run their course.

I doubt it would take care of vomiting as you'd just throw it back up and as for diarehha it would still need to run its course but yogurt would help.also for urinary problems cranberry juice is great to flush out toxins
