my best friend likes this girl and she lieks him cause of his looks but hes not smoothe at all. im alot more popular than he is and i try to give him pointers but he seems liek its impossible to get over his shyness and habit of being extremely talkiative for no reason when hes nervous and trying to compensate for his shyness

go out all of ya together and eat go to movies until he see how u handle people. he may not have peers to have taught him the social skills. if he gets comfortable when ur all out together then someday he can solo. thers an old song by rush "show me dont tell me" well show him.

if you really think you would help him, then you ask her if she likes him. But if you think he's better off by himself then yeah leave him alone.
