i think you should go to lenscrafters and pick because they have their own team that will help you on what to get, also you get to change them if you want in a 30 day period

Look around at others that are wearing glasses and see what type of frame you prefer. Then go to an eyewear shop (with a trusted friend) and try on every pair in there until you both agree on the best pair for your face.

I used to work at an optometrist office and we had a stylist who was great. She would tell you what looked good, what fit your face style, etc. Plus, I believe Lenscrafters has a 30 day guarantee that if you don't like how they feel or look, you can bring them back.

Here's a suggestion. Go to FramesDirect.com and try their FrameFinder Virtual Try-on System. You can upload a face photo (without glasses) of yourself and try on frames online. Invite some friends over and get their opinion - nerd or cool?
Also, if you just don't know what type of frame to get for your face shape, they have a page that makes suggestions. Both links are below.
Hope this helps.

there are many different styles and they look different on different people. my advice is to go somewhere and try on several to see how they fit your face shape and your personality. it may take a while but u will find the perfect pair...oh and opt for the anti-scratch , uv, and anti-glare coatings. they will help protect your eyes and your investment and keep you looking good.
hope this helps! happy hunting!
God Bless You!
p.s. lenscrafters is sometimes expensive but they do have the try them till u love them guarantee, that allows u to take the glasses home and try them out in real life..before u are commited to them. it may be worth it for you to find what u are looking for.

Take someone with you, an honest, tasteful person. The only mistakes I've made as far as eyewear is concerned have occurred when I tried to do it on my own.
Of course, you may have better innate taste than I do, in which case you have nothing to worry about. But take someone along just in case.

You just have to go and try on a bunch of different styles. I've been wearing glasses for years, I just don't know until I see them on me. Good luck!

Try as many frames as you like. Don't let yourself be rushed as this is a huge decision. I also suggest that you ask for opinions from the employees.
