generally you will experience no change in apetite during 1-3 weeks.
infact, its hard to even tell you are pregnant so early into your pregnancy

Your appetite shouldn't change at all during the first three weeks of pregnancy, at the least the first two. Some people begin to have the hormonal changes enough to cause nausea at week three. The fetus actually does not even implant in your uterus, which is when your body starts to recognize the fetus, until about 7- 10 days after conception which is considered 3- 4 weeks pregnant since pregnancy is not dated from conception, but rather from the first day of your last period. You will probably not have any symptoms of pregnancy just yet at this stage

In the first 3 weeks, it shouldn't change at all. Most women don't know they're pregnant until several weeks after that, and even then symptoms (real ones) don't normally show up right away. I've gotten a bigger appetite around wk 7 or so, but I didn't go too crazy.

Technically the first two weeks occur before you concieve! Pregnancy is 40 weeks from the first day of your last period, which is 38 weeks from the date of conception. So the first two weeks are actually your menstrual cycle. Appetite change can occur at any time, regardless of what you hear or read since every woman's body is different and every pregnancy is different.

you won't really notice a change that early. about 5 weeks i couldn't stand salami. the sight or smell made me queesy. and before i was pregnant i had to have it almost everyday. i was hooked so bad.
if you're worried about your appetite...i would suggest stocking up on snacks and food you can eat in the middle of the night. not sure if this affects all women but i can't go more than 3 hours without food or i start feeling sick and i start vomiting stomach acid...not pretty or fun. and if you're working make sure you get your breaks. you do NOT want to starve yourself.
i guess the small meals throught the day gets us prepared for the baby. i don't like being pregnant for this reason as i now hate food and look at it as my enemy but i can't avoid it.

I didn't even notice I was pregnant. It is different for everyone. Some people feel nautious so there isnt really going to be one answer to this question. There will be many.
1. People end up liking foods they never liked before
2. People hate foods they used to love
3. People can't even stand the sight or smell of food and stay away from it for a day or few hours till the feeling goes away.

I was nauseated for the first 3 entire months of all of my pregnanices to the point that I had to be hospitalized and placed on IV fluids for a week, each time.
I was hungry, but then after I ate, I got sick. I also couldn't go near meat or coffee. The smell would make me vomit.

It all depends. You could experience many cravings for different type of food, lose your appetite, or not have any changes in appetite.

when i first got pregnanat with my daughter i couldn't eat enough breakfast foods for example pancakes eggs bacon sausage you get the idea but the problem was everytime i ate eggs they came right back up so i didn't eat too much at first and if you get morning sickness you might have the same problem with stuff you crave or want to eat all the time. my advice is be patient the sickness usually passes

It doesn't change much....just a little more hungry sometimes, but I didn't really notice much of a change until I was about 8 weeks along.
