Did Robbie Williams record a dance song called Rom Pom push while in Australia with Twyce Daily?

Twyce Daily is one of Australias most prolific song writers and has written for Madonna, Keith Urban, and Jenifer Lopez, Robbie wanted to record a song with some of the cast of neighbours and he chose to do one by an Australian writer namely Twyce Daily whose real name is John Williams I am trying to find out if they are related in some way I know williams is a very popular name but is that just a coincidence, I know that the song is charting in Germany and wondered why it hasnt been in released in Australia yet.
