The Easter Egg!

The Easter Egg, though originally they were not chocolate.

The egg was a Christian symbol of "The Trinity" (Father/God, Spirit/Holy Spirit and Son/Jesus).

The Easter Bunny came a fair bit after the egg. Cool question!

I believe the egg, but they are both signs of fertility, (spring)which, once again is pagan (nature). I just thought of the Cadbury commercial with the Easter Bunny . When my daughter was little she was walking around the house making clucking noises.

The bunny. Because you need two bunnies to make the eggs (if rabbits laid eggs, that is!!) haha :)
