being big doesn't always mean you are unhealty, cuz my doc says i am great. so yes i should lose the weight but being a trucker who runs 24/7 with her hubby makes it hard to eat right, most truck stops have fast food now, and we don't have much time to exercise

I responded to you last question, take it from someone who's been there and wants to help. Here's some tips for you....when you guys get fast food like mc donalds or something, get the grilled chicken instead of crispy or hamburgers, get Salads with light dressing, and only diet sodas, fruit bowls. When your at a stop to eat or go to the restroom, run around the truck once or twice. Take some Xenadrine NRG diet pills to help control appitite, my god they work. Also B12 and B6 vitamins. Tell your hubby to join you if he's not too tired. It starts to get fun when you know your doing good for yourself. Good luck and you ARE beautiful.

i don't understand there to be an actual question here. more a statement. i hope for your sake that u are healthy...everyone's definition of "big" is different too. what u consider "big" may in fact not be that big...it is next to impossible to be obese and be healthy. what ur cholesterol for sure. take care of yourself, try to eat healthy as much as u can. many fast food places have lighter options these days, look for them and try to get a little exercise everyday...even if it's just walking around a truck stop a few times and doing a few sit-ups, and push-ups. a little is better than none. take care a good luck...stay safe out there. God Bless You!

since u dont have time to exercise and that temptations to eat fast food are all over, i would recommend that u try to bring along healthy snacks and fill urself up w/ water to reduce unnecessary hunger. if some days u just cant avoid eating fast foods, take it easy and try orderin the healthy stuff on da menu and control your proportions.

Hi There!
You're right. It is a sad misconception in this country. And while it is not the ideal situation, one can be just as healthy as the skinny minnie next to you.
If you are happy in your own skin, don't let anyone sway you from that with nasty remarks.
You go girl!!! :)

but what is your cholestrol level? sometimes you may not feel unhealthy but there are other things going on inside you, that you may not feel right away, but will catch up with you when you get older.
