Why does he do this?
this guy at my school who attends they same school as i, always stares at me and i feel its disrespectful. he has done plenty of times everytime im by myself, he could be in a group of girls and he does it and when he's by himself. he never says anything, i looked at him one time when he did and he didnt stop. but for some strange reason he speaks to me in public. whats wrong with him

It looks like someone is obviously intrigued by you and/or attracted to you. For whatever reason, his being drawn to you has canceled out his sense of manners if he ever had them to begin with. This can be quite frustrating and unnerving, but I wouldn't let it get the best of you. Without being rude, because that would make you no different than him, tell him privately (not in front of your friends) that he needs to stop staring at you. Leave it at that and see if that works. If the problem progresses or gets worse, confide in a trusted teacher or parent to alleviate the issue.
Remember, adolescent guys, which I'm guessing he is, are going through an awkward stage. He probably just needs help interacting socially!

I think he likes you but he can't verbally express what he feels. If there's a chance to talk to him alone, in a friendly non-accusing tone ask him why he does that. He might spill the beans. If he doesnt, tell him that you feel disrespected when he stares at you. If he still doesn't get the message, warn him (by way you describe it) that it is a form of sexual harassment. He'll get the message loud & clear.

as a woman you have to tell him you do not like it. its important that you be strong with situations like this cause this wont be your last form of sexual harassment but this sounds like he is really into you. so remember that when you tell him to stop

also ...tell him how you feel about the staring..maybe he will be respectable... and go from there...might ask you out....
