That's not a question related to physics. But any scientist would say it is possible of course :)

Physics has no stand. It's not a belief system, it's a fact system.

The facts are that the molecules for our form of life can readily be combined with the addition of energy, into the more complex molecular structures of our DNA and cellular materials. Beyond that, it's mere speculation.

The laws of physics as we know them are such that if another civilization had the ability to expend the enormous energy required to come to our planet, then they would make contact. Of course we couldn't be sure what their ethics would be.

When considering the incomprehensible size of the universe and the sheer number of other planets and solar systems, it is highly unlikely that we are alone.

That being said, when the distances involved and, again, the sheer number of planets are considered, it is equally unlikely that any encounters with our trivial planet will ever take place.
