Some adults wear diapers for medical reasons. What you saw on Jerry Springer may have been an act but it is true that some adults enjoy wearing adults for reasons I do not want to know about. :o/

Yes, people wear diapers for different reason.. When you get older you wear "depends" to help with incontinence . Then there are some people who wear diapers to satisfy a fetish. I don't see the point in wanting to act like a baby when you are all grown up, but some people get great satisfaction out of it. You can google it. I believe it is called infantilism or somesuch.

There supposedly are a lot of people who get into wearing adult diapers, mainly men. I don't know what their fascination is though! I think that the only adults who should be in diapers are the elderly who NEED to be.

Springer is stupid and fake. Nevertheless, there are some adults (particularly those who are elderly) who bladder or "continence" problems. So they wear adult diapers. That's what "Depends" are. However, they wear them UNDER their clothes (not like the guy on Springer, I presume) and usually you can't tell.

Depends is a type of adult diaper. And a lot of older people wear them because they have decreased bladder control.

Older Adults do because their bladder muscle is not elastic to hold the urine in. Some are helped by medications some by simple procedure done in 1 day surgery depends on the Adult.

i don't know about the show, but in reality adults do have to sometimes wear diapers , because they are unwell and suffer from prolems like unable to control their bladder with old age, or someone could be sick and in bed and need to use them ...

I didn't see the show, but I remember hearing about some guy liking to get powdered and diapered. It made him feel...I don't know, it grossed me out and I quit listening.
