I explain it to my kids the same way I explain why we saw 8 different "santas" while shopping. I say that the real Santa is of course at the North Pole making his list & checking it twice. So he sends his helpers out to all the stores, parades, etc. I tell them that these helpers report back to Santa on what the kids want for Christmas and also whether they've been naughty or nice. And when Christmas Eve rolls around Santa loads up his sleigh & delivers the toys to his helpers in each city who then distribute them to the boys & girls in their neighborhoods. This version seems much more believable to my kids & has definitely cut down on the number of "But how does he..?" questions we've had.

It's all about the magick, man! If the kids believe in magick, then they'll believe Santa's gonna fit through the vents in their trailer, or come up through the drain in their sink, or get through the fire in the chimney without a singe...if they believe in magick, Santa will find them no matter where they are. Didn't you ever believe in the unbelievable when you were a kid?

Well, I don't expect them to believe that the red suit stays clean all night long. I mean c'mon, think about it!

In this day and age, we have even more ways to explain it. I'm going to tell my kids the story of the great Santa-clone army. Maybe even throw in some cybernetically enhanced reindeer too.

in case you at the instant are not susceptible to do the ***-kicking your self, then truthfully propose the community police that that's happening. Or...have you ever theory-approximately throwing a lot of of stay ants onto him...?
