garlic is a bulb, chances are you won't be able to find garlic seed as most people plant it from bulbs....you know the little globes of garlic. There would be seeds in the flowers that form when the garlic plants bloom.
Natures cure works great and is a lot easier, its an herbal supplement.

Witch two and Nadia are correct. You rarely see garlic seeds for sale so if you want to try this therapy you'll have to grow your own. Just plant single cloves of garlic about 3/4" under the soil. (Grocery store bulbs usually germinate fine.) Each clove will make a plant and when it blooms in spring, each bloom will make about 30 to 50 large seeds that look like tiny cloves.
Some alternatives are 1) take Kyolic garlic capsules; 2) use other blood purifiers like Red Clover or Burdock Root, available as capsules or tinctures or teas; 3) if you think the cause may be hormonal, take Vitex capsules, one 2-3 times per day for 30 days and see if it clears up.
Vitex works for acne that flares up during the monthly or comes on with adolescence or with menopause. Acne that goes away during pregnancy is hormone related, obviously. Vitex is a hormone balancer that's safe for men and women & teens.
Vitamin A is a good supplement for healthy skin. Also keeping the bowels moving freely is helpful.

to grow garlic, you just plant the clove but I do know when it flowers, there are seeds inside the head of the "garlic scape" they taste just like garlic though. You can buy garlic capsules in health food stores and they don't make your breath stink. That would be the easiest way to take it.

Check with a doctor or dermatologist before trying any far-out herbal remedy. Some do more harm than good.

well, if you stick a clove in soil it sprouts so the seed is somewhere in the clove.
