A mano a mano contest. No utility belt for Batman. The fight is out in the open (an arena, forest, desert, etc).

Well, since Batman is a fictional character, and therefore is not mortal, and in-turn cannot die, and Bruce Lee is already dead. I would have to say Batman. But.. if i were to say a fight between Batman vs Spike Spiegel (The main character from the anime Cowboy Bebop, and who has adopted many of his fighting techniques from Bruce Lee), i would have to say that Spike would totally kick Batman's hindquarters.

Bruce Lee was a real actor, not a comic character.
But the real Batman was a boxer american style, not like Bruce Lee that studied specific from of Martial Arts.
Karate is hand and foot, Judo is based on strength, Tai Kuan do is foot action, Tai Chi is sword action, Fencing is swordman ship, even wrestling.

It depends. If Batman has the time to plan ahead, he would win because he would have studied the tapes and writings of Bruce Lee and found his weaknesses.
Also there was a story by Goodwin and Simonson in the early 1970s with Manhunter in it, where Batman was shown to have trained in different fighting styles on purpose so he could change depending on who he was fighting. As I recall, Batman avoided an African death punch move because he knew about that style.

I would have to say Bruce Lee, but it's probably going to be a very close fight because Bruce Wayne does have the strength and skills of an Olympian.

Hmm....there is no answer. If you put these two characters in a comic book or both in a movie...its up to the writer because either one can win. Also, its based on circumstances, surroundings, and the mental state of each character.
Nevertheless, if I had to choose...it would be Batman. (although Bruce Lee is greatness also)
