I work here in Iraq, They just love us. that's why they shoot at us all the time.

The new generation or the young ones of the Iraqi will be, as long as the US continously to show it to them. The old farts Iraqi's cannot do the changes that fast, they are not use to those new things the Americans are offering. Changes take times much more if its for the good, freedom is not free you have to fight for it.
Americans are not all warm and compassionate people. Just deal unto others the way they deal unto you.

In deed they are. But they are also a little confused when they watch Flintstones re-runs as to why the citizens of Bedrock have a higher standard of living.

I am the Fringe and 43 is just another insignificant number.

I find it hard to believe that Americans can bring warmth and compassion to people of another country, when we are so damned uncompassionate and cold towards our own people.

Somewhat I guess. I met a foreign exchange student from Iraq a few weeks ago. He said people are generally happy with us, but of course he can't account for all of Iraq.

No,I suppose they liked the death squads of saddam better.And I know that Iraqi women must have loved being kidnapped and raped at random by saddams two sons..What a world they must have enjoyed,walking around praying to a ruthless dictator as if he was God.How dare we steal that utopia from them.We are such shameless bastards!!!!

Funny thing about Iraqi's........ they are fighting the insurgents too. They do not appreciate the foreign fighters coming in from Syria and Iran destroying their country any more than we do.
